Why an account gets suspended or banned

TrocaFigurinhas runs on trust between collectors: whoever sends the agreed sticker expects to receive theirs. When someone breaks that deal, the account can be kept away from trading. This page lists the most common reasons.

Suspension — a temporary time-out

A suspended account stays a few days without access and comes back on its own when the period ends. It is a warning, not the end.

  • Negative ratings piling up. When your partner rates the trade negatively and that keeps happening, the suspension is automatic. The higher your level, the more tolerance before it kicks in.
  • A staff decision while a report is being reviewed.

Ban — the account cannot come back

A ban is permanent. It comes from repeated suspensions, or directly when the staff confirms a serious breach of the Terms of Use:

  • Agreeing to a trade and never sending the sticker.
  • Fraud or scams involving credits, the Store or the club.
  • Insults, threats or harassment towards another collector, in the forum, in messages or during a trade.
  • Using bots or trying to work around how the site operates.
  • Creating a new profile after being banned.

Is there a way back?

An account banned by the rules does not come back. In exceptional cases, and only after review, an account found eligible may return by committing to a paid one-year club membership — that is how the community gets something back. Returning grants no immunity: the account stays under watch and can be banned again, club or no club.

How to stay clear of it

  • Keep your board up to date: what you marked as a duplicate is what your partner sees and asks for.
  • Ship within the agreed time, and tell your partner if anything is delayed.
  • Rate your trades — that is what keeps everyone's reputation working.
