Terms of Use

TrocaFigurinhas is a digital platform for trading collectible stickers, operated by its maintainers, reachable at <email/>. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy.

TrocaFigurinhas connects collectors so they can trade duplicate stickers for stickers missing from their albums. The platform does not sell, buy, or handle money between users for the stickers traded — what collectors negotiate with each other is always sticker for sticker.

• You must provide truthful information when registering and keep it up to date.
• The account is personal and non-transferable; you are responsible for everything that happens on it.
• Maintaining multiple accounts to bypass limits, ranking/qualification rules, or platform benefits is not allowed.
• Minors must use the platform with authorization and supervision from a legal guardian.

• Using the platform for fraud, scams, harassment, or any conduct that harms another user is prohibited.
• Agreeing to a trade and not delivering the sticker, or listing a sticker you do not own, is prohibited.
• Attempting to access, automate, or exploit the platform outside normal expected use (scraping, bots, reverse engineering) is prohibited.
• Violating these rules may lead to a warning, suspension, or ban of the account, depending on severity.

The platform offers credits (virtual currency), a Club subscription, and other digital products (e.g., highlights, verifications) purchased in the Store. Credits and Club benefits have no monetary value outside the platform, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be transferred between accounts.

Purchases in Brazil are processed by Mercado Pago. Purchases outside Brazil are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, acting as an authorized reseller (Merchant of Record), responsible for payment processing and collection of any applicable taxes. TrocaFigurinhas does not store full payment card data.

Refund and cancellation rules for purchases are detailed in our Refund Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms.

Trademarks, characters, and images of stickers and albums belong to their respective publishers and rights holders (e.g., Panini, Topps). TrocaFigurinhas only facilitates trading between collectors and claims no ownership over that content.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice when possible. You may also close your account at any time through support. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of credits or benefits already consumed or tied to the account.

TrocaFigurinhas is an intermediary between collectors and does not guarantee the delivery, authenticity, or condition of stickers traded between users. We do our best to prevent fraud, but final responsibility for each trade lies with the users involved.

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be announced on the platform. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.
