Terms of Use — international version

TrocaFigurinhas is a digital platform for trading collectible stickers, operated from Brazil by its maintainers and reachable at contato@trocafigurinhas.com. By creating an account or using the platform in a language other than Brazilian Portuguese, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

TrocaFigurinhas connects collectors so they can trade their duplicate stickers for the ones missing from their albums. The platform does not sell, buy or handle money between users for the stickers traded — what collectors exchange is always sticker for sticker.

• You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.
• Your account is personal and non-transferable; you are responsible for everything that happens in it.
• Keeping multiple accounts to get around limits, ranking/rating rules or platform benefits is not allowed.
• You must be at least 13 years old. If the law where you live requires an older age, or if you are a minor, use the platform with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

• Using the platform for fraud, scams, harassment or any conduct that harms another user is prohibited.
• Agreeing to a trade and not delivering the sticker, or listing a sticker you don’t have, is prohibited.
• Trying to access, automate or exploit the platform beyond normal expected use (scraping, bots, reverse engineering) is prohibited.
• Breaking these rules may lead to a warning, suspension or ban, depending on severity — see the main reasons for suspension and ban.

The platform offers credits (virtual currency), a Club subscription and other digital products (e.g., featured profile, verification) bought in the Store. Credits and Club benefits have no monetary value outside the platform, cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be transferred between accounts.

Purchases outside Brazil are processed by Stripe in the local currency shown on screen; the amount displayed is the amount charged. Paddle is used only to identify the country and currency of the price. Fees charged by your bank or card issuer, such as currency conversion fees, are outside our control. Purchases in Brazil are processed by Mercado Pago. We do not store full card details.

Refund and cancellation rules are set out in our Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms. If the consumer protection law where you live grants you rights that cannot be waived by contract, those rights still apply.

In a trade between collectors in different countries, shipping is international: delivery takes longer, each collector pays their own shipping, and there may be customs declarations, import taxes and customs holds. TrocaFigurinhas does not calculate shipping or taxes and is not responsible for delays, lost items or customs charges. Follow the mailing rules of your country and your partner’s country, and prefer tracked shipping.

Trademarks, characters and images of stickers and albums belong to their respective publishers and rights holders (e.g., Panini, Topps). TrocaFigurinhas only facilitates trades between collectors and claims no ownership of that content.

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms, with notice when possible. You may also close your account at any time. Closing an account does not entitle you to a refund of credits or benefits already used or tied to the account, unless applicable law grants that right.

TrocaFigurinhas is an intermediary between collectors and does not guarantee the delivery, authenticity or condition of stickers traded between users. We do our best to prevent fraud, but responsibility for each trade lies with the users involved, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Relevant changes will be announced on the platform. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the place where you live. Where those rules give you the right to bring a claim in the courts where you live, that right still applies.

The official version of these Terms is in English. Translations of the site interface are provided for convenience.
